Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
Palm Springs is home to the world's largest rotating tram car, and it travels over two-and-a-half miles along Chino Canyon and the Mount San Jacinto State Park.
The breathtaking views on this ten-minute ride are unmatched and the tramway ends at Mountain Station, which has an observation deck, two restaurants, a natural history museum, two documentary theaters, a gift shop and over fifty miles of hiking trails.
Tickets range from $17.95 for children, ages 3-10, to $29.95 for adults.

Tahquitz and Indian Canyons
Indian Canyons was the home of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. In addition to the natural beauty of the canyon, with a 60-foot waterfall, rock art, wildlife and plants, there is a Tahquitz Visitor Center, offering educational and cultural exhibits.
Admission is $12 per adult, $7 for students, and $6 for children, ages 6-12.

Palm Springs Air Museum
The Palm Springs Air Museum is a living history museum that displays World War II combat aircraft and educates the public about the role of pilots and U.S. citizens in the war's victory. It is rated by CNN as one of the top 14 air museums in the world.
It contains one of the world's largest collections of World War II warplanes, many of which have been used in the making of movies.
Tickets are $22 per adult or $55 for a family, with children under 12 admitted free with a paid adult. Military and first responders are free.

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens
The Living Desert is a zoo and garden focusing on preserving, conserving and interpreting the desert's plant and wildlife. They have interactive exhibits, dining and shopping, nature and hiking trails, a discovery center and many wild animals for viewing.
Located in Palm Desert, The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens are open from June 1st through September 30th from 7:00am to 1:30pm, and then from October 1st through May 31st, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Tickets are $19.95 for children, ages 3 to 12 years old, $29.95 for adults and children under 3 are free.
